Social Security Dental Care in Bangkok — No Upfront Payment
If you are employed in Thailand and insured under Social Security (ประกันสังคม, Section 33 or 39) — and that includes foreign employees — you are entitled to 900 THB per year of dental care. At CASA Dental Clinic in Saphan Khwai, you can use this entitlement with no upfront payment: just bring your Thai ID card or passport with your Social Security number. Open every day 10:30–20:00, a few minutes’ walk from BTS Saphan Khwai.

What the 900 THB/year entitlement covers
- Dental scaling (cleaning)
- Fillings
- Tooth extraction
- Wisdom tooth removal
The 900 THB/year benefit belongs to you as an insured person under the Social Security Office’s rules. It can be used in one visit or split across several within the calendar year. If your treatment costs more than the entitlement, you pay only the difference at our published rates (see the full price list).
How to use your entitlement at CASA (it’s easy)
- Book via LINE @casadent or call 063-956-6632 — mention you want to use your Social Security dental benefit. English is fine.
- At the clinic, present your Thai ID card (or passport + Social Security number for foreign employees).
- Receive your treatment — we claim directly from the Social Security Office, so you pay nothing upfront within your entitlement.
