Q: Do the dentists speak English?
A: Yes — consultations, treatment explanations, and aftercare are all available in English, and we provide itemized English receipts for insurance.

Q: I’m nervous about the dentist — what is a first visit like?
A: Many of our patients start out afraid. A first visit is just a check-up and a conversation, with no obligation. You can pause at any point by raising your hand. Read more on our Afraid of the Dentist? page.

Q: Will treatment hurt?
A: Everyone’s experience is different. We use local anesthesia when needed, explain each step before doing it, and stop whenever you need a break. Many patients tell us it was more comfortable than they expected.

Q: Can I bring my child?
A: Of course. The clinic is child-friendly and we give children time to settle in before anything happens.

Prices & payment

Q: Are your prices published?
A: Yes — full prices are on our price list. The price we quote is the price you pay, explained before treatment begins. Braces run 38,000 THB, clear aligners and Invisalign 39,000–129,000 THB (full treatment).

Q: Do you offer installment plans?
A: Yes — 0% interest installments over 6–10 months with participating banks. See How to Pay.

Q: Can I use Thai Social Security (ประกันสังคม)?
A: Yes — insured employees, including foreign employees, are entitled to 900 THB/year for scaling, fillings, extractions, and wisdom teeth, with no upfront payment. Details on our Social Security page.

Q: Do you provide receipts in English for insurance?
A: Yes — itemized English receipts you can submit to your insurer.
