How to Pay at CASA — Installments, Memberships & Social Security
Transparent prices are only half the story — at CASA Dental Clinic (Saphan Khwai, Bangkok) we also make paying straightforward. Every option below is a standing program: no hidden conditions, and the full cost of your treatment is always explained before anything begins. Itemized English receipts are available for insurance reimbursement.
1. 0% installment plans
Larger treatments (braces, Invisalign, implants, veneers) can be split into 0% interest installments over 6–10 months with participating credit cards. Ask our front desk which banks currently participate — conditions are set by each bank.
2. Social Security (ประกันสังคม) — no upfront payment
Insured employees (including foreign employees) are entitled to 900 THB/year of dental care — scaling, fillings, extractions, and wisdom tooth removal — with no upfront payment at CASA. How it works →
3. CASA membership packages
Annual membership packages at 1,750 / 3,200 / 6,000 THB bundle routine care (check-ups, cleaning) at member rates, with member benefits including an iTero 3D scan as part of your plan. Ask at the clinic or on LINE for the current package details — terms and conditions apply as set by the clinic.
4. CASA Family points & referral
Every visit earns CASA Family points toward future care. Refer a friend and you each receive a 100 THB credit when they complete their first visit. Birthday month? Members receive a 10% discount on selected treatments — conditions apply, message us for this year’s details.
5. Cards, transfers and cash
We accept Thai bank transfers (PromptPay), major credit/debit cards, and cash. International cards are welcome.
Frequently asked questions
Q: Do I need a Thai credit card for 0% installments?
A: Installment plans run through participating Thai bank credit cards. If you don’t have one, ask us about splitting treatment phases so payments spread naturally across visits.
Q: Will I know the full price before treatment?
A: Always. You receive an itemized treatment plan with full prices before deciding — the price we quote is the price you pay.
Q: Can I use insurance?
A: We provide itemized English receipts you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement. Check your policy’s dental coverage terms.
Q: How do I ask about current bank promotions?
A: Message us on LINE @casadent — we’ll confirm which banks and tenors are available this month.
